Welcome to Agrawal Glass House. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, purchasing products, and browsing our website.

1. Product Availability & Price Quotes

All price estimates provided online or in-store are based on current raw material rates (plywoods, toughened glass, hardware). Prices are subject to GST in accordance with official invoices (GSTIN: 10AAOFA4984B1ZQ).

2. Custom Fabrication (Modular Kitchens, Toughened Glass & Windows)

For custom manufactured orders:
• Site measurement confirmation is mandatory prior to cutting or tempering glass.
• Advance payment is required to initiate raw material procurement and factory fabrication.
• Toughened glass cannot be resized or drilled post thermal processing.

3. Delivery & Transportation

We deliver materials directly to your project site. Transportation charges apply based on distance and load volume.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

Brand warranties (Greenply, CenturyPly, Hettich, Dorset, Sleepwell, Kurlon) are covered directly by the respective manufacturers under their terms and conditions. Agrawal Glass House provides official tax invoices for warranty claims.
